Personally, I say Curse & Blood is better than pure blood. Why? Do to more variety, if someone uses Power Block on you, you aren't totally helpless.

In short no I can't.
I can however give you something that I do use, but the equipment is unknown.
Armor: I think I have Bonelace Drok Armor, but I could be wrong, +1 to Soul Reaping
Weapon: A Gold Staff that requires lvl 12 Curses, 11-22 damage, +10 energy, Halves Recharge Time (I think) of ....
Runes: Minor Curses
Attributes:
Blood: 12
Curses: 12+1
Soul Reaping: 3+1
Spell Bar:
SS (e)
Parasitic Bond
Life Siphon
Vampiric Gaze
Mark of Subversion
Suffering/Faintheartedness/Strip Enchantment/Well of Blood/Blood Ritual
Blood Renewal
Rez Signet
This is the order I have mine at. Suffering or Faintheartedness is for when I hench and I know or don't care about monsters that cast enchantments. Well of Blood for non-battery parties. Blood Ritual for Monks and Elementalists that need it.
Mark of Subversion is my "I'll stop you from casting anything".
If something hits me with power block, I don't care. Either you stop me from casting SS + Parasitic Bond, or you stop me from continuous heals. Either way, you lose.
Parasitic Bond - spamable, cover hex, life degen, and massive healing. Cast it on multiple foes and watch your health keep going up (only when they end, upto max health).
My equipment... well I have really no clue what I use. This is the main reason for me not saying I'll post a quick build with armor. I think I have Bonelace Armor, but I can't remember. My Staff, well I rarely look at it anymore since I had it for a very long time. I have like 6 weapons and 5 off-hand items that all serve a purpose. I have 1 green, 5 golds and 5 purples that I keep.
My first green for my N/Me was from the end of Factions.
Hope this helps.

I like Bonelace, it has a nice short lacy skirt.
I have 3 out of 5 tatoos, mainly for looks than functionality. A semi-naked female Necro may look nice, but the tatoos.... maybe not?
I don't think anywhere else are tatoos, but I haven't really looked.
Glad to be of help.

IMO, If you are looking for Straight Damage, Death Magic - Minion Master is the way to go.

They've unlinked armor looks with functionality in Cantha. You can buy most 'types' of armor and have it look like whatever you want. Sweet.

I think what he was saying was you can have both the stats you want from armor, plus the looks that make you stylish.

I never purchased anything from the Mainland, so my best armor is still from the Island (for my Rit/N).
There is better armor near the end of the game, but I can't afford that either. My 90k will only take me so far.
If you are asking ANet how dare they make armor both fashionable and practicle, send them an e-mail.

Cantha is the Country that Factions occurs in. Prophecies' Country is called Tyria.
Depending on what you want out of your armor. Some people like to get AL 70, but taking an extra 5 points of damage from Holy Damage.
My Monk/Elementalist and my Necromancer/Mesmer both have normal AL 60 armor. But both are slowly getting enough money to get tattoo armor. Again, the tattoo armor is for looks only (for me anyway). Some people like being in their underwear with massive tattoos on their body. How do tattoos protection from cold or a sword is beyond me.
I really don't have an answer for you as to what is better or worse. I'm probably lasy, that's why I kept with my old armor for so long.
I wish I could be of more help.
